NOUS Hotel

Electromechanical studies were conducted for the entire installation of the NOŪS Hotel, located in Mesaria, Santorini, spanning across the following six adjacent plots:

• Plot A: Consists of 13 buildings with a total built-up area of 7,550.07 m²
• Plot B1: Consists of 8 buildings with a total built-up area of 1,202.22 m²
• Plot B2: Consists of 8 buildings with a total built-up area of 1,272.23 m²
• Plot B3: Consists of 6 buildings with a total built-up area of 1,212.35 m²
• Plot C1: Consists of 8 buildings with a total built-up area of 1,147.85 m²
• Plot C2: Consists of 8 buildings with a total built-up area of 1,322.70 m²

The hotel features rooms, bungalows, and suites, most of which include private pools. Both the accommodations and the common areas are designed to offer guests a spacious and comfortable experience.
